The main pavilions which is the first building upon the entrance gate houses an open living area facing the swimming pool through a wooden pool deck, dining area, and a compact modern kitchen.

Two identical bedroom pavilions sit on the other sides of the swimming pool enjoys large French doors opening directly to the swimming pool, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double wash-basin and oversized bath tub sitting in the middle of a closed garden.
